Each of the 4 shapes has a diameter of 7.2 cm. Place the mold on a baking sheet, fill it with, for example, cupcake batter, and place it in the oven. Once cooked (check with a toothpick), place the baking sheet with the mold on the counter and allow the cupcakes to cool. Then it's just a matter of "popping" them out. Decorate them with icing or whatever you like.
